Relationship Manager - MF
- Group Formation & Sales: Identify prospective borrowers in rural or semi-urban areas and organize them into Joint Liability Groups (usually 4–6 women) for collateral-free microcredit loans.
- Credit Appraisal & Processing: Conduct field visits and center meetings to verify customer details, assess repayment capacity, and process loan applications.
- Disbursement & Utilization Check: Facilitate loan disbursements and conduct routine audits to ensure the funds are being used for their intended purpose (e.g., small businesses, agriculture, livestock).
- Collection Management: Actively collect weekly or monthly Equated Monthly Installments (EMIs) during group meetings and follow up on delayed payments.
- Customer Retention: Build strong relationships with clients, educate them on financial literacy, and cross-sell other financial products like micro-insurance.
