Job Description

Relationship Manager - Retail

  • Sales Targets & Revenue: Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement targets, including specific goals for login, approval, and total booked volume.
  • Lead Generation & Market Mapping: Conduct local lane/area mapping to identify potential leads, builders, and direct-selling agents.
  • Channel Partner Management: Build and nurture relationships with Real Estate Brokers, Chartered Accountants (CAs), and developers to generate a steady referral pipeline.
  • Customer Acquisition: Engage with prospective homebuyers, explain loan products, and assist in collecting financial documents.
  • File Processing & KYC: Ensure the timely login of applications and verify preliminary Know Your Customer (KYC) and property documents before sending files to the credit team.
  • Portfolio Quality (Delinquency Management): Maintain a healthy loan book by ensuring proper customer profiling to minimize Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) and early bucket delinquencies.
  • Cross-Selling: Cross-sell allied financial products like home insurance, life insurance, and credit cards to existing borrowers
