Job Description

ROLE : FOS (Relationship Officer/Senior Relationship Officer)
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
✔️Minimum 1-5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in lending products, open market sourcing, and small ticket-size business loans.
✔️A valid Driving License (DL) and a personal two-wheeler are mandatory requirements for this role.
✔️10th, 12th, Graduate candidates elidgible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
✔️Drive business loan, sales by identifying and acquiring potential customers, building relationships and achieving sales targets through field visits.
✔️To ensure disbursement targets are met with minimum delinquency
✔️Disbursement, repayment and delinquency management
✔️Undertake regular field visits, Centre Meetings, and review loan applications.
✔️Build strong client relationships both internally and externally
✔️Ensure weekly/daily meetings & visit to centre
✔️Basic understanding about business Loans model working would be preferred.
