Job Description
Job Summary
The Chennai Mobiles is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, promoting mobile phones and accessories, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their product requirements.
- Demonstrate and explain mobile phones, accessories, gadgets, and related products.
- Guide customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs and budget.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain product displays and ensure showroom cleanliness.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information.
- Promote ongoing offers, EMI options, warranties, and value-added services.
- Assist in stock management and inventory verification.
- Build positive customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth showroom operations.
