Job Description
- Customer Engagement: Greeting customers, identifying their needs, and providing personalized product recommendations.
- Sales Generation: Achieving individual and store sales targets through techniques like upselling and cross-selling.
- Product Expertise: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of merchandise, promotions, and store policies to answer customer inquiries effectively.
- Transaction Processing: Operating Point-of-Sale (POS) systems to handle purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Store Maintenance: Restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the sales floor remains clean and welcoming.
- Issue Resolution: Professionally handling customer complaints and escalating complex problems to management when necessary.
