1. Field Sales Executive
2. Counter Sales Executive
Job Responsibilities:
Field Sales Executive:
- Visit customers and generate new sales
- Build strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Travel for field visits as required
Counter Sales Executive:
- Attend customers at the counter/store
- Explain product details and close sales
- Handle billing and maintain sales records
- Coordinate with team members
Requirements:
- Basic to good computer knowledge is mandatory
- Good communication skills
- Sales experience preferred (Freshers can also apply)
- For Field Sales: Willingness to travel is required
Salary Structure:
- Fixed Monthly Salary
- Additional Incentives / Commission based on sales performance
- Better performance brings higher earnings
