Retail Sales Executive

• Customer Engagement: Greet customers, identify their needs, and provide personalized recommendations based on style, budget, and occasions.
• Sales & Upselling: Drive sales by showcasing product features, explaining pricing, and upselling or cross-selling complementary pieces to meet or exceed counter targets.
• Inventory Management: Conduct daily stock counts, reconcile opening and closing balances, and ensure trays are properly arranged without empty slots.
• Merchandising & Security: Maintain a visually appealing, clean counter display and ensure the strict safety of high-value jewellery pieces during demonstrations.
• Transactions: Accurately process payments using Point of Sale (POS) systems, manage invoices, and maintain records of client purchases.
• Relationship Building: Provide excellent post-purchase support and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business.

Key Requirements

• Education & Experience: Minimum 12th standard, Diploma, or Degree. Previous retail or luxury sales experience is preferred, but many major brands offer extensive on-the-job training.
• Product Knowledge: Familiarity with various precious metals, gemstones, purity measurements, and current market trends.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with proficiency in local languages (e.g., Tamil in the Coimbatore/R.S. Puram region) and English to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Traits: Trustworthy, well-groomed, and highly detail-oriented.
