Retail Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our jewelry retail store. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for luxury retail, and the ability to deliver an exceptional in-store experience while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers entering the store in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewelry products
• Showcase gold, diamond, and other jewelry collections effectively
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
• Handle customer queries, objections, and provide accurate product information
• Ensure proper display and visual merchandising of jewelry items
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards of the showroom
• Assist in billing, invoicing, and documentation processes
• Coordinate with backend team for stock availability and special orders
• Follow all security and safety protocols for handling high-value products
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
• Prior experience in jewelry or luxury retail sales is an advantage
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Good presentation and grooming standards
• Basic knowledge of gold, diamonds, and gemstones (preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Trustworthy and detail-oriented

Working Conditions

• Retail store environment with rotational weekly off
• Weekend and festive season availability required. Currently Sunday is off.
