Job Description
ob SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Two-Wheeler Sales Executive to join our dealership team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, explaining vehicle features, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable two-wheelers
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance, and insurance options
- Conduct test ride coordination and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly sales targets and generate leads
- Maintain customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Update customer details and sales activities in records/software
- Coordinate with finance and delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery
- Stay updated on new models, offers, and competitor activities
- RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Any Degree
- 0–3 years of sales experience preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Passion for sales and customer handling
- Basic computer knowledge
- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred
