Sales Support Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Male Sales Support Executive to handle documentation and backend operations for loan processing.

The role requires close coordination with the sales team, customers, and banking partners to ensure accurate and timely documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, verify, and process customer loan documents
• Ensure all files are complete and compliant with bank requirements
• Coordinate with sales team for case submissions and updates
• Maintain proper documentation records and filing systems
• Track application status and follow up with banks/NBFCs
• Handle data entry and update MIS reports
• Assist in resolving documentation-related queries
• Ensure smooth processing till loan disbursement

Required Skills:

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good coordination and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
• Basic communication skills (Tamil & English)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Male candidates only
• Minimum qualification: Any Degree / Diploma
• Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can apply)
• Experience in banking / finance / documentation is an added advantage
