Job Description
Middle age candidate who have 5 to 10 years of experience in retail, showroom, or warehouse inventory accounting, Strong knowledge of TallyPrime / Tally ERP 9, Handle GST return filings, TDS, TCS, and E-invoicing compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Showroom & Sales Accounting
· Daily Sales Reconciliation: Reconcile Point-of-Sale (POS) system data with daily cash receipts, credit card transactions, and bank deposits.
· Billing & Returns: Oversee sales invoices, retail billing accuracy, and manage returns/exchanges.
· Cash Management: Monitor showroom cash flow and daily cash deposits.
2. Warehouse & Inventory Control
· Stock Reconciliation: Reconcile physical stock counts with system inventory (ERP) to identify and investigate variances (daily/weekly/monthly).
· Movement Tracking: Record transfers of goods between the warehouse and the showroom.
3. Financial Reporting & Compliance
· Month-End Closing: Prepare monthly profit & loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, and MIS reports.
· Taxation: Handle GST return filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS, TCS, and E-invoicing compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of TallyPrime / Tally ERP 9, SAP, or Similar ERP software.
· Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) for data analysis.
· Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (b.com).
