Partner with the best

Perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Includes Service Shops.

As a Shop/ Plan Operator- Entry, you will also be responsible for:

 Assembly & testing of control valves and it’s accessories
• Pre-job duties, Machine inspection, tester condition as per check list.
• Maintaining workstation, maintaining record and communications as required.
• Vouchering worked hours applicable to the MFG activity assigned.
• Preparing control valves and its sub assembly parts for shipment.
• Following the shopfloor policy related to working shift, lunch break and PPE use.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent. Having 2-5 years of experience overall.
• Have ability to read and understand Work instruction/ Procedures
• Can do attitude
• Have basic awareness about 5S & Lean Manufacturing.
• Be able to report safety, quality and route issues to the supervisor.
• Adhere Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements.
