Job Description
- Site Execution & SupervisionDirect and monitor daily activities of site workers, sub-contractors, and trade crews.
- Ensure all construction work complies with approved architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and project deadlines.
- Conduct regular site walk-throughs to inspect work progress and output quality.
- Track inventory of raw materials, tools, and equipment on-site to prevent stockouts or delays.
- Receive material deliveries, verify quantities against purchase orders, and inspect for damage or defects.
- Ability to read and interpret 2D architectural, structural, and MEP layout drawings.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, concrete technology, and building material testing.
- Maintain daily site logs recording labor attendance, site activities, weather conditions, and material arrivals.
- Assist in measuring completed quantities for subcontractor billing and progress verification.
