Site Supervisor (Fresher)
Position: Site Supervisor
Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma (Preferred)
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year
Location: Coimbatore
Salary: As per company standards
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Fresher Site Supervisor to assist in supervising daily site activities and ensuring work is completed safely and on schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor day-to-day site operations and workforce activities.
- Ensure work is carried out according to project plans and instructions.
- Maintain site discipline and safety standards.
- Coordinate with workers, contractors, and management.
- Record daily work progress and submit reports.
- Monitor material usage and report shortages.
- Assist in quality checks and inspections.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Basic knowledge of construction/site activities is an advantage.
- Ability to work outdoors and travel to project sites if required.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the construction field.
- Must Have Two Wheeler with Licence
Skills Required:
- Leadership and team coordination.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Time management.
