Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Small Home Appliance Sales Executive to join our retail team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, explaining product features, and achieving sales targets for small home appliances.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, specifications, benefits, and pricing clearly.
- Demonstrate small home appliances to customers when required.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain proper product displays and ensure the sales area is neat and organized.
- Stay updated on new products, offers, discounts, and competitor products.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Support stock checking and product availability updates.
- Coordinate with the billing and store teams to ensure smooth customer transactions.
- Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
