Sumie Lior is a feminine clothing label rooted in softness, beauty, emotion, and thoughtful design. We create pieces for women who value elegance, individuality, and depth.

We are looking for someone who can help build this brand from the ground up — not just manage a page, but shape a world people want to be part of.

Role: Brand & Social Media Manager

This role is for someone who understands that social media is not only about posting content — it is about building desire, identity, anticipation, and community.

You will work closely with the founder to translate ideas, emotions, products, and vision into a strong digital presence.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

1. Brand Storytelling & Pre-Launch Growth

• Build curiosity and excitement before launch
• Help shape the brand voice and digital identity
• Create story-led content that makes people care before they buy
• Build anticipation for launch day
• Turn behind-the-scenes moments into compelling content

2. Content Creation & Social Media

• Plan, shoot, edit, and post Instagram Reels / short-form videos
• Create carousels, stories, moodboards, captions, and visual concepts
• Maintain a premium and consistent aesthetic
• Use trends intelligently without losing brand identity
• Build weekly / monthly content calendars

3. Community Building

• Grow engaged followers organically
• Reply to comments / DMs in brand tone
• Build a loyal audience, not vanity numbers
• Turn followers into early supporters and repeat customers

4. Launch & Post Launch

• Execute product reveals and launch campaigns
• Create styling reels, try-ons, packaging content, customer stories
• Keep momentum after launch with fresh concepts and drops

5. Growth Marketing (Preferred)

• Basic understanding of Meta Ads / Instagram Ads
• Assist in creator-led campaigns and retargeting strategies
• Understand content that can perform as ads

6. Influencer / UGC (Preferred)

• Identify and coordinate with relevant micro-influencers
• Build UGC pipeline for launches and paid ads
• Manage gifting / creator collaborations

What We’re Looking ForMust Have

• Strong understanding of Instagram / Reels culture
• Strong aesthetic sense and taste
• Good storytelling instincts
• Video editing skills (CapCut / Premiere / VN / similar)
• Ability to create premium-looking content with limited resources
• Consistency and ownership mindset

Huge Plus

• Experience with women’s fashion brands
• Photography / videography skills
• Meta Ads knowledge
• Influencer marketing experience
• Understanding of Gen Z audience psychology
• Pinterest / visual moodboard sensibility
