Solutions Architect

We are looking for a highly capable and business-oriented Senior Solutions Architect who can bridge the gap between customer requirements and technical execution.

The ideal candidate should be able to interact with clients, understand business problems, suggest scalable technical solutions, prepare technical workflows, and guide the development team throughout the project lifecycle.

This role is critical to driving digital transformation projects, AI-enabled solutions, CRM/ERP systems, ecommerce platforms, web applications, and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Business Understanding

Interact with customers to understand business requirements

Conduct requirement gathering sessions and workshops

Analyze business challenges and suggest suitable technical solutions

Translate customer expectations into structured technical documentation

Prepare solution proposals, workflows, and system architecture

Solution Architecture

Design scalable web, mobile, ecommerce, CRM, ERP, and AI-based solutions

Define modules, workflows, database structure, and integration approaches

Suggest suitable technology stacks and implementation strategies

Create technical specifications and project scope documents

Technical Coordination

Work closely with developers to ensure proper implementation

Clarify requirements and resolve technical/business ambiguities

Review development progress and ensure alignment with business goals

Support project planning, estimation, and execution monitoring

Customer Communication

Conduct technical discussions and solution presentations

Participate in project demos and customer review meetings

Provide consultation and improvement recommendations to clients

Build long-term customer confidence through strong technical guidance

Process & Quality

Improve development workflows and documentation standards

Ensure scalable and maintainable solution practices

Support testing, UAT, deployment planning, and delivery quality

Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies

Required Skills

Technical Knowledge

Strong understanding of web and mobile application architecture

Experience in CRM, ERP, ecommerce, and custom application development

Knowledge of APIs, databases, integrations, and cloud environments

Understanding of UI/UX flow and business process automation

Familiarity with AI-based solutions and workflow automation tools is an advantage

Business & Communication

Excellent communication and client interaction skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

Ability to convert business discussions into technical execution plans

Capability to lead requirement discussions independently
