Sr Technical Consultant - Cloud - SAAS, BY SCPO, JDA Demand and fulfillment, SQL/PLSQL, Shell/Python/Perl, Jira (Open)

• Seeking an astute individual that has hands-on SQL,PL/SQL,Oracle, Scripting, in applications support/implementation (SAAS products).

• Exposer to automation, AIML,CI/CD, SAAS operation, Devops, understanding of native SaaS Apps deployment is an advantage.

• Exposer to supply chain domain, basic understanding of Azure cloud & experience in SCPO (Demand/ Fulfilment/ ESP/IO etc, any) is an advantage.

Scope:

• Core responsibilities include upgrade & migrate the customers from existing product version to latest version & support planning products Implementation, and net new implementation 0r Migration, working closely with customers, consulting & partner collaborating with PD & support.

Our current technical environment:

• OS – Unix-RHEL, Windows 2008R2 and above.

• Supply chain products: SCPO (Demand & FF, ESP,IO, S&OP)

• RDBMS – Oracle 11g and above and SQL/PLSQL 2012 and above, Snowflake

• BA tools – Cognos.

• Interface: SFTP, AS2, DMS, JDA connect

• Scripting – Perl, Shell, Python is desirable.

• Scheduling tools knowledge – Control-M is preferred one

What you’ll do:

• Onboarding customer to SAAS solutions & support Implementation (net new customer) taking care of cloud & planning product’s related issues & resolving by working closely with PD/support/customer & partners.

• Work on customers upgrade & migration (existing customers) by understating the existing version of batch/scripts & migrate them to the latest available supported version of SCPO.

What we are looking for:

• Should have 6 to 12 years of hands-on experience in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle, snowflake (good to have).

• Hands on experience in scripting (batch/perl/Python, any).

• Should have implementation or operational support experience. And good to have on Supply Chain Planning & Optimization Suite of JDA products

• Should have the understanding of cloud & SAAS applications & experience in using JIRA and ServiceNow/SalesForce.

• Should be able to develop a deep understanding of the implemented solutions and BY SAAS product functionality.

• Should be able to Investigate and analyse issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable resolutions.

• Should have understanding of any job scheduler & preferable control-m batch scheduling and understand batch processing design and SLA’s

• Domain knowledge in the Supply Chain Planning &Optimization Suite of JDA products is an advantage.

• Excellent Communication skills required to navigate discussions with internal and external stakeholders on issues and troubleshooting.

• Good to have Understanding of SaaS operations, DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, native SaaS Apps deployment, multi-tenant, automation experience (Gen AI)
