Job Description
- Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials, components, and finished goods
- Record purchased parts and materials in ERP/CRM system
- Verify purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts
- Track material quantity, usage, and movement
- Monitor stock levels and maintain minimum inventory levels
- Plan material requirements based on production schedules
- Coordinate with procurement to avoid raw material shortages
- Perform regular physical stock checks and reconciliation
- Update inward and outward entries in system in real time
- Organize storage, labeling, and binning of materials
- Implement FIFO/LIFO or batch tracking as required
- Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and traceability
- Ensure safe and clean store operations
- Prepare daily/weekly inventory reports
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and quality teams
