Job Description
Role Summary:
Team leader is responsible for visiting customers in person to recover outstanding payments thru telecaller & Field collection executive , such as EMI dues, loan arrears, or overdue bills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiation: Discuss overdue balances and negotiate feasible repayment schedules or settlements within company guidelines.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, real-time records of every visit, customer interaction, and payment commitment in the company CRM or mobile app.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to ethical collection practices and legal regulations (such as RBI guidelines for banking).
- Reporting: Prepare and submit daily status reports to management regarding recovery progress and high-risk accounts.
- Customer Service: Resolve payment-related queries or disputes diplomatically to maintain positive customer relationships.
