Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers over the phone, generating leads, and supporting sales and customer service activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Explain products/services clearly and effectively
  • Generate and follow up on leads
  • Maintain customer data and update records regularly
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
  • Build and maintain good customer relationships
  • Handle customer complaints or issues professionally

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (Tamil & English preferred)
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools)
  • Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
  • Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
  • Prior experience in telecalling or sales is an advantage
