Job Title: Loans & Credit Card Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic, target-driven Loan Sales -Tele Caller to promote and sell loan products over the phone. The role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their financial needs, explaining suitable loan options, and closing sales while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided leads
• Explain loan products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Car Loans, and Credit Cards
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable financial solutions
• Follow up with interested customers and close sales
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with the processing team for document collection and approvals
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Minimum 10th / 12th / Any Graduate
• Experience in telecalling or loan sales preferred (freshers can apply)
• Good communication skills in Tamil & English (other languages a plus)
• Basic knowledge of loan products and banking terms
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Positive attitude and persuasive skills
