Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller / Patient Coordinator to handle patient inquiries, appointment bookings, follow-ups, and lead conversions for our skin and hair clinic.

  • Responsibilities:Handle inbound & outbound patient calls
  • Book and confirm appointments
  • Follow up with leads and existing patients
  • Explain clinic treatments, offers, and services
  • Manage WhatsApp and online inquiries
  • Maintain patient records and CRM updates
  • Achieve appointment and conversion targets
