Job Description

Telesales Executive


Role: Contact registered users, explain membership plans, and convert free users into paid customers.


Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound sales calls to registered users

* Explain plans, pricing, and offers

* Understand customer needs and suggest suitable packages

* Maintain CRM updates and follow-ups

* Achieve sales targets and conversion goals

* Ensure professional customer interaction


Requirements:

* Minimum 12th / Diploma / Any Degree

*Fresher –5+ years telesales / sales experience preferred

* Malayalam communication required

* Training will be provided
