Telesales Executive – Real Estate

We are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executives to join our fast-growing real estate team.

Experience Required

• 6 months – 1 year in telesales (Real Estate preferred)
• OR 1.5 – 2 years in any sales domain
• Must have experience handling the complete sales cycle (lead generation to closure)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls with prospective clients
• Explain project details clearly and generate strong customer interest
• Follow up regularly with leads and convert them into site visits and bookings
• Maintain and update CRM/customer database
• Achieve monthly sales targets consistently
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure high conversion rates

Real Estate–Specific Skills (Important)

• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to handle price discussions and objections confidently
• Understanding of property sales process and customer psychology
• Capability to convert leads into site visits and bookings
• Follow structured sales pitch and closing techniques

Salary & Incentives

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month
