Job Description
Job Title: Tele Sales ExecutiveJob Summary:We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone, generating leads, explaining products/services, and closing sales.
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries professionally.
- Explain products/services and answer customer questions.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain and update customer database in CRM.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Resolve customer concerns and objections effectively.
- Prepare daily sales reports.
- Requirements:Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM software).
- Strong negotiation skills.

- High school diploma or graduate (as per company requirement).
