Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to connect with potential customers, explain our services, generate leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude towards achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers
Explain company services including website development, eCommerce solutions, CRM software, digital marketing, and custom application development
Generate qualified leads and fix appointments for Business Development team
Follow up with existing and new clients regularly
Maintain call records and update CRM system
Handle basic customer queries professionally
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English
Confident speaking and convincing ability
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle customer conversations professionally
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience in telecalling/sales is an added advantage
Qualification
