Job Description
A Royal Enfield Technician inspects, services, and repairs motorcycles while ensuring high standards of quality. Key duties include engine diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and conducting post-repair test rides. Technicians typically hold an ITI, Diploma, or relevant automotive certification, alongside hands-on experience in the two-wheeler industry. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnostics & Repair: Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using manufacturer-recommended pneumatic tools and diagnostic scanners.
- Routine Servicing: Perform oil changes, brake inspections, chain adjustments, and engine overhauls following company guidelines.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks and mandatory post-repair test rides to guarantee vehicle safety and performance.
