Job Description
TC / VTL Operator – Job Description
• Operate and monitor TC (Turning Center) / VTL (Vertical Turret Lathe) machines for machining cast iron components as per drawings.
• Set up tools, fixtures, and job alignment to ensure accurate machining and productivity.
• Experience: 2 to 6 years in machining operations, preferably in cast iron casting manufacturing.
• Perform in-process inspection using measuring instruments to maintain dimensional accuracy and quality.
• Follow safety guidelines, machine maintenance practices, and shop floor discipline.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and troubleshoot basic machining issues.
