We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Apna. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and real estate, a strong ability to engage with clients, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and leveraging Apna’s platform.
- Sales Process Management: Guide clients through the sales process, from initial inquiries to property closing. Ensure a smooth transaction experience for both buyers and sellers.
- Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends and market dynamics in the real estate industry to provide customers with the best options.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate developers, and property owners.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Negotiation: Effectively negotiate prices and terms between buyers and sellers, ensuring both parties are satisfied.
- Customer Support: Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Prepare sales contracts and necessary paperwork, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, both in person and via phone/email.
- Negotiation Skills: Excellent ability to negotiate terms and close deals.
- Customer-Centric: Passion for providing top-notch service and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve issues promptly.
