Job Description
Job Title Business Partner / Associate Business Partner
- Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities for life insurance products.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, advisors, and channel partners.
- Identify customer financial protection needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and policy support.
- Recruit, train, and support insurance advisors/agents
- Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and servicing.
- Track market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Required SkillsSales and business development skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Relationship management and customer engagement.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset.
- Basic knowledge of insurance and financial products is preferred.
- EligibilityMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (CUTTACK LOCATION)
- Experience in insurance, banking, BFSI, or sales is referred but some entry-level roles accept freshers.
- Good interpersonal and networking skills.
- Compensation StructureFixed salary (where applicable).
- Performance incentives and sales commissions.
- Career growth into Team Leader, Branch Manager, or Sales Manager roles.
