Job Description

 

·      Survey new area for identifying customers who have need for Agri-Group loan

·      Sourcing NTB customer for Agri- Group loan

·      Work a brand ambassador on behalf on Jana Small Finance Bank for marketing activities & disbursement for Agri- Group loan & cross sell other 3rd party products

·      Informing & inviting sourced customer on disbursement(DB) day to their respective branches

·      Convert at least 40 disbursement(DB) of CREM- Agri product/Month

 

Basis Requirement

·      Must be open to travel & visit customers house for EMI collection

·      Must have a DL & TW for daily travel

Qualification, Age & CTC

·      Academic Qualification- Min 12th pass

·      Age- Up to 28 years

·      CTC- 2.50 LPA
