Job Description
Job Role: Indian Chef
- Prepare authentic Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all food items.
- Plan and prepare daily menus as per business requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen in accordance with food safety standards.
- Monitor food inventory and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle bulk food preparation during peak hours.
- Ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.
- Maintain discipline and comply with restaurant policies.
