Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesReferral & Doctor Outreach- Meet and engage with local doctors, clinics, and practitioners to build a strong referral network.
- Maintain regular visits and relationship-building activities with healthcare professionals.
- Organize and support CME programs and doctor engagement events.
Lead Generation & Conversion- Follow up on patient leads generated by the Digital Marketing Team.
- Convert inquiries into appointments, consultations, and admissions through professional communication.
- Track and report lead conversion metrics.
Community Engagement & Branding- Organize health camps, community awareness programs, and corporate health check-up drives.
- Support outdoor promotions, awareness activities, and local events to enhance visibility.
- Collect patient and community feedback to improve outreach strategies.
- Identify opportunities for tie-ups and collaborations with schools, corporates, and local institutions.
