Customer Relationship Manager

We are seeking a female, presentable Client Relationship Manager to manage and develop strong relationships with clients in the stock market domain. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-groomed, and capable of handling clients professionally while ensuring excellent service delivery.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and support

Explain company products and services related to the stock market

Assist clients with account-related and trading-related queries

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely client support

Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Share market updates, company offerings, and service information with clients

Maintain accurate client records and reports.

Female candidate preferred

Presentable personality with professional appearance

Excellent communication skills in English

Graduate (Commerce/Finance background preferred)

Basic knowledge of the stock market or financial services

Experience in client handling or customer service preferred

Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
