Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of tele callers to achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Monitor calls and provide regular feedback to improve performance
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and scripts
- Track team performance metrics (conversion rate, call quality, revenue)
- Handle escalated customer queries and ensure resolution
- Conduct training and coaching sessions for new and existing team members
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity within the team
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead management
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for management
Key Skills Required
- Strong leadership and team management skills
