Arya Plast Mould Private Limited is looking for an experienced CNC Programmer with hands-on expertise in CNC Turning Programming and Machine Operation. We manufacture high-precision moulds for injection moulding machines and are seeking a candidate who can independently program, set up, operate, and optimize CNC turning machines while maintaining the highest quality standards.

🔸 Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die Making, Production Engineering, or related field

🔸 English: Basic English

🔸 Experience: 3 – 8 Years

🔸 Shift: Day (Full Time)

🔹 Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi Controls

🔹 Machine Setup & Calibration

🔹 Engineering Drawing Interpretation

🔹 Tool & Fixture Selection

🔹 Precision Measuring Instruments

🔹 Quality Inspection

🔹 Process Optimization

🔹 CNC Troubleshooting

🔹 Preventive Machine Maintenance

🔹 CAM Software (Mastercam / SolidCAM / Edgecam) (Preferred)

📌 Key Responsibilities:

⚙️ Create, modify, and optimize CNC turning programs using G-Code and M-Code

🛠️ Set up, calibrate, and operate CNC turning machines for precision machining

📐 Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications

🔩 Select suitable cutting tools, fixtures, feeds, and machining parameters

📏 Perform first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks using Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Bore Gauges, and Height Gauges

🔍 Troubleshoot programming and machining issues to minimize machine downtime

📈 Improve machining processes to reduce cycle time and increase productivity

📝 Maintain production records, tooling records, and inspection reports

🤝 Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and production teams for smooth workflow

🛡️ Follow all company safety standards and quality procedures

🔧 Perform preventive maintenance and ensure machines remain in excellent working condition

💰 Salary:

💵 Fixed Salary: ₹27,000 – ₹32,000 (As per Experience & Skill)
