Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media & AI Marketing Manager who understands digital marketing and can effectively use AI tools to enhance content quality, creativity, and efficiency.

The role focuses on content planning, execution, and strengthening Horizon’s online presence across platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage a structured content calendar for social media platforms.
• Create high-quality, engaging content aligned with Horizon’s brand positioning.
• Develop educational and industry-focused posts related to Titanium and metallurgy.
• Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.) to improve content creation, captions, and visual ideas.
• Design creatives and posts using tools like Canva or similar platforms.
• Support founder-led LinkedIn content and thought leadership posts.
• Monitor engagement metrics and perform basic data analysis to understand what content performs best.
• Suggest improvements based on insights and audience response.

Candidate Profile

• Good understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
• Comfortable using AI tools for content creation and idea generation.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools).
• Understanding of social media trends and engagement strategies.
• Tech-savvy, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of content execution.
