Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesOperations ManagementOversee daily store activities (opening/closing, cash handling, inventory)
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with policies
- Sales & PerformanceMeet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Analyze sales reports and implement improvement strategies
