Mechanical Project Engineer

Turnkey Site Management: Oversee both civil construction activities (excavation, RCC footings, grade slabs, masonry) and PEB erection (columns, rafters, sheeting) to ensure they sequence perfectly without delays.

Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop and monitor integrated project schedules using MS Project, tracking both civil milestones and steel dispatch/erection timelines.

Quality & Alignment Checks: Ensure critical civil-to-steel handover points are flawless, particularly the casting of pedestals, anchor bolt templates, and structural alignment.

Resource & Contractor Coordination: Manage multiple subcontractors simultaneously, including civil labor, steel erectors, crane operators, and finishing teams.

Billing & Measurement: Prepare Measurement Books (MB) for civil works and joint measurement records (JMR) for steel tonnage. Process sub-contractor bills and generate client invoices.

Safety & Compliance (HSE): Implement strict safety protocols across diverse work zones, addressing the unique hazards of deep excavations, heavy concrete pours, and high-elevation steel erection.
