Job Title: HR Recruiter – Overseas Recruitment

Job Summary:
Hospitality Vacancy is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter – Overseas Recruitment to handle international hiring for hospitality roles across countries such as UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain. The role involves sourcing, screening, and deploying candidates while ensuring compliance with international recruitment standards and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end overseas recruitment processes
Source candidates for international hospitality roles through job portals, social media, and internal database
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/video interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and international clients
Handle bulk hiring requirements for Gulf countries
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future requirements
Ensure proper documentation of candidates (passport, visa, certificates, etc.)
Coordinate with candidates for pre-departure formalities
Follow up with clients and candidates until successful deployment
Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
Requirements & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
Proven experience in overseas or Gulf recruitment
Strong understanding of international hiring processes
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle bulk hiring and tight deadlines
Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools
Good coordination and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in hospitality recruitment for international markets
Knowledge of visa processing, emigration procedures, and documentation
Experience working with international clients
