Job Description
Job Title: Front Line Sales (BDE / BDM / BSM)
Experience: 1–8 Years | Industry: Financial Services | Products: Fixed Deposits & Insurance
Role SummaryRecruit, train, and manage a network of independent financial advisors (Business Associates) to drive the sales of secure Fixed Deposits, Life/General Insurance, and Mutual Funds.
Quick Responsibilities
- Recruit Agents: Build and scale a team of local independent advisors.
- Drive Sales: Meet regional targets for FDs and insurance premiums through your advisor network.
- Coach & Mentor: Train and motivate your agents to maximize their daily productivity.
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate with 1–8 years of aggressive sales experience (Insurance, Banking, Wealth, Pharma/MR, or Retail).
- Excellent relationship-building and local market negotiation skills.
