Job Description
Job Title: Resort Manager Job Scope: ● Resort Manager- Specific resort property management Location: Lucknow Head Office (with Pan-India property oversight) Reporting To: Executive Directors Job type: Full time Contractual Engagement , 6-month probation Core Responsibilities
1. Strategic Growth & Revenue:
- Drive occupancy with a target ARR as defined by the management for the properties under your control.
- Optimize pricing, marketing, and cost structures to maximize occupancy and F&B revenue.
2. Guest Experience:
- Maintain Guest Satisfaction Index (GSI) >80% through rigorous analysis of reviews/surveys.
- Implement corrective actions for service deficiencies.
3. Team Leadership:
- Maintain 100% staff staff strength all round the year (collaborating with HR).
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews for operational teams under your control.
4. Operations:
- Ensure 100% SOP compliance and operational efficiency across assigned properties.
- Conduct regular on-site audits and report to the Board.
5. Compliance:
- Resolve legal/HR disputes in partnership with the Legal Manager.
- Submit monthly revenue reports by the 5th of each month.
Key Requirements
- 1. Experience: a. Resort Manager- i. 5 years in hospitality operations/sales
- 2. Education: BHM or MBA in Hospitality (mandatory).
- 3. Skills: Strategic leadership, multi-property oversight, P&L management.
Compensation & Growth
- Salary: Equivalent to last drawn salary (to be negotiated post-document verification)
- Incentive: 5% of the total revenue amount generated from the F&B sales.
- Probation Period: 6 months, with a 25% salary hike upon successful completion.
- Salary Increment: 20% salary hike every calendar year.
- Allowances: Travel, accommodation, and internet reimbursement as per company policy.
1. Travel: Mandatory visits to all Pan-India properties.
2. Accommodation: Complimentary stay/meals during visits.
3. Incentives:
- 2% bonus on revenue exceeding KPI targets.
- 5% of annual savings from cost optimization.
