Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for overseas job placements — ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment campaigns for international clients.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles.
- Schedule interviews (in-person / Zoom/client rounds).
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress.
- Liaise with employers, agents, and internal departments.
- Prepare job postings, interview schedules, and recruitment reports.
- Ensure compliance with company and government documentation standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (HR preferred).
- 1 years of experience in recruitment
- Excellent communication & coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email correspondence.
