Job Description

Job Role and Responsibilities:


  • Drive sales growth by converting leads generated through online and offline advertisements into confirmed bookings.
  • Engage with both B2C (direct clients) and B2B (travel agents, corporate partners) to expand business opportunities.
  • Understand client and partner requirements, offering customized tour and trek packages.
  • Persuasively present itineraries, pricing, and value-added services to maximize conversions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with individual clients and B2B partners for repeat business.
  • Communicate effectively in English and Hindi to establish trust and clarity.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through consistent follow-ups and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless travel experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, partnerships, and bookings in CRM systems.


Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excelleny fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
  • Target-driven with a proven aptitude for sales.
  • Ability to build trust with clients and partners.
  • Organized, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
