Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and drive the Personal Loan Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high-performing sales team and achieving sales targets.
As a Sales Manager for Personal Loans, you will play a crucial role in driving the bank's personal loan business. Your primary focus will be on leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, training and mentoring your team, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations. - Lead and manage a team of personal loan sales executives, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive personal loan business growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary actions.
- Train and mentor sales team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulations, maintaining a high level of integrity.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with the bank's overall goals and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Motivate and inspire the sales team, creating a positive and productive work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in using sales management tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of personal loan products, banking regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish connections with key stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes as needed.
