Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for energetic Tele Sales Executives to connect with customers, explain our travel services, and convert leads into bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call inbound & outbound leads
  • Explain travel packages (Char Dham, local tours, taxis, etc.)
  • Convert inquiries into bookings
  • Handle customer queries & follow-ups
  • Maintain basic call records

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
  • Comfortable speaking on phone for long durations
  • Sales mindset (freshers welcome)
  • Basic smartphone/computer knowledge

Preferred:

  • Prior telesales / BPO experience
  • Knowledge of Uttarakhand travel routes
