Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with hands-on experience in distribution companies and retail operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing inventory-linked accounting, vendor transactions, and day-to-day financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records

* Handle inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and warehouse audits

* Manage purchase entries, sales entries, and GST compliance

* Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for stock movement tracking

Role may involve frequent coordination within warehouse premises and handling stock-related supervision

* Prior experience in a distribution company or warehouse environment is preferred.

* Proficiency in Tally

* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

* Good understanding of GST, invoicing, and inventory management

* Experience handling high-volume transactions and stock-based accounting

* Ability to coordinate with multiple departments (sales, logistics, warehouse)

* Comfortable with on-site work and warehouse visits
