Accountant

Job Responsibilities include:-

•    Handling and maintenance of Cash and online payments.
•     Making entries of Sales & Purchase in Busy Accounting software.
•      Processing and payment of Expense vouchers.
•      Maintenance of Bank records.
•      Maintenance of cash and donation register manually or in excel.
•       Making all Utility bill payments (i.e., electricity, mobile bill, TDS, credit card, Internet etc.)
•      Provide TDS and GST return data to Senior Accountant
•    Making salary payment to employees.
•      You will be responsible to renew all periodic dues like Internet, Fixed deposits, property lease, vehicle insurance etc.
•     To supervise any automatic payments being made from our bank accounts on account of social media work, HR work or for any other purpose and confirm their due approval from management and their usage from their beneficiaries.
•     You have to report any direct or indirect financial loss being observed in the books of accounts or in physical form.
•    Not to make any payment without the approval of management authority.

·    Should be well aware of account work related to Amazon, Flipkart and other online portals.

·     Should be able to manage the accurate accounting of payments being received through razor pay, Paytm, Debit card etc. etc. 

• ·     Should be well aware of E-commerce / online portal accounting and reconciliation.

 Requirements:-

• Bachelor in Accounting and finance.
• Minimum experience of 3 years
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
