Asia Dental is looking for a smart, fast, and highly organized Excel & Data Operations Executive who can handle large business data professionally and convert raw data into clean, structured, and management-ready reports.

✅ VBA / Macro Knowledge

✅ Strong Data Cleaning & Formatting Skills

✅ Ability to handle large raw data professionally

✅ Fast work execution with high accuracy

✅ Strong documentation & file management discipline

📌 Required Excel Skills:

• Pivot Tables
• VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
• IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF formulas
• Conditional Formatting
• Data Validation
• Filters & Sorting
• Duplicate Removal
• MIS Reporting
• Dashboard & Report Preparation
• Excel Shortcuts & Fast Working Methods

📌 VBA / Automation Skills:

• Basic to Intermediate VBA knowledge
• Macro recording & editing
• Automating repetitive Excel tasks
• Automatic report formatting
• Data processing automation

📌 Job Responsibilities:

• Convert raw business data into professional reports
• Organize and clean large Excel data
• Prepare management reports & trackers
• Maintain proper digital records & folders
• Handle back-office data work efficiently
